    Voice construction is currently hiring a Project Administrator for a one year maternity leave. The successful candidate will be local to Fort McMurray and report directly to the Construction Manager. Your primary responsibilities will be to arrange travel and camp accommodations, as well as timely and accurate collection of data reporting, payroll, and support to the Project Management team.     The Project Administrator will be primarily based out of our project site in or near Fort McMurray, AB. Shift schedule is Monday to Friday - 10 hour days.


    Essential Job Functions:

    • Coordinate site camp and travel requirements.
    • Interface and communicate (written and oral) with all levels of management, clients, contractors and visitors.
    • Maintains appropriate data bases for reporting metrics and provides technical support.
    • Entering accurate time for all personnel on site and working with the Edmonton office to ensure accurate weekly payroll.
    • Responsible for document control and project filing.
    • Provide on-going support to the Construction Manager and Superintendents.

    Experience and Education Requirements:

    • Education in Office/Business Administration or related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 4 years office administration experience with construction knowledge and supporting management.
    • Results oriented positive team player with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
    • Ability to communicate effectively in a positive manner with all levels of field and office personnel.
    • The ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
    • Intermediate computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
